Registration Types & Fees

• Each registration includes a conference kit, coffee breaks, lunches, a banquet, a dinner, and access to all conference sessions.
• To register under the student type, participants must provide a valid student identity document that explicitly covers the conference dates.
  
• Once your registration is confirmed, the official Invitation Letter, Registration Fee Receipt can be downloaded from your Personal Center.

  Note:

  • Bank charges are the responsibility of the participant and should be paid at source in addition to the registration fees.
  • All costs must be covered by the ordering customer and "free of charge for the receiver account" on all payments.
  • A copy of the bank transfer document should be sent to apnet2026@iccmacao.com.

Cancellation Policy

• No refunds except in the case of visa denial. If your visa is denied, please contact finance chair RongWei Yang. The deadline for receiving the refund request is July 15, 2026.

Insurance

• Participants are advised to arrange their own travel and medical insurance, extending the policy to cover personal possessions. The conference does NOT provide insurance coverage for booking cancellations, theft, or damage to belongings.
